This motel advertises a single rate of 29.95 on many billboards on I-80 leading up to the Rawlins exit. Upon registering at the desk the owner charged me 43.00 which i gave him without thinking as he had engaged me in small talk about the weather. Upon realising what I had just done I ask for my money back and he refused pointing to the sign on the wall which said "No Refunds". At this point he had not even given me the key. He imediatly tossed the key on the counter and disappeared into the back room. I entered the room thinking "how bad can this place be" and I soon found out. Just a few of the things that I found that weren't what they should have been.

1-bathroom had no light
2-remote control for tv was broken
3-bed linens were dirty
4- bath towels were dirty
5-room smelled of sewage
6-no hot water at all
7-half of dead bolt lock missing
8-motel main circuit breakers blew 2 times and had to be reset by manager
