I visited thermopolis twice in the month of October. On one visit I was advised to try Pumpernicks by a local woman at the state park. I had the cranberry chicken salad sandwich. I thought the sandwich was ok but it had some kind of odd spice added to it. The bread was good but it was sort of heavy and a lot of bread if your not a bread person. The place is small and really lacks charm. There was only one waitress and the place was busy. The service was adequate but not overly friendly as the poor lady was working herself to death. The prices are very reasonable. It was clean. It is not a place that I would highly recommend but it wasn't really bad. It was just OK.
