What a wonderful little hotel with gorgeous views and a lovely, helpful staff. It's in the middle of everything making it convenient to Wailea and Lahaina. The beach in front felt like my private beach! The rooms were well stocked and had everything one could want. I loved the kitchens and BBQ'd outside for several dinners. There is the best grocery store on the island only a short drive away...and a book store and all sorts of shops at the same center. The hotel was very well priced and I couldn't have had a more pleasant stay. The office is ready to book you on the best of everything. I did a snorkeling cruise on a boat that was the best of any island I have visited. It's an easy going, friendly, delightful home away from home!

Great little motel style hotel. Junior suites a have a good size ktichen and staff were very friendly and helpfull. Very comfy bed and good amenities

If your are thinking of staying here ask for a top floor room as sound travels to the rooms below very loadly eg footsteps etc.

Location is good but about 15 to 20 mins to little beach you will need a car.

overall a good budget choice of hotel and the only gay option in Maui

My girlfirend and I just spent 5 days at the Maui Sunseeker. We loved the proximity to the lovely beach and easy access to lots of restauraunts. The woman working in the office was straight, but a gay friendly as it gets . She was very knowledgable about the island and the gay-friendly places to go. Although the rooms could definitely use some serious renovations, it still felt homey and islandy ! I didn't have to worry about messing the place up with my sandy feet. We stayed in a studio facing the beach. We had our own little linai and parking was just next to our room. Our little kitchen was great..we loved our fridge and our coffee maker. We used the laundry facilities as well. We also used the free- internet access and sat in the lovely clothing-optional hot tub. The place is definitely not perfect from a decor standpoint, but it has it's own charm and the location can't be beat! I felt perfectly at home! I would definitely stay there again!
