My husband and I stayed at Annie's for a weekend in July. It was a perfect retreat at the end of a busy day in the city. Very clean and quaint with a small private balcony. The bed was delightfully comfortable! Many great restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast spots within short walking distance in a safe, residential neighborhood. Very convenient to public transportation. We would highly recommend it to any couple visiting San Fran. It was a real treat and a wonderful value!

We stayed at Annie's Cottage in July this year for 7 days. We loved it! It was in a great location with the cable car stop at the end of the road. We walked down to Polk Street for shops and cafes, there was a good variety there. We walked to Fishermans Wharf and it would be possible to walk to Union Square too. The accomodation was clean and had everything that we needed, including a porch to sit out on. It felt like a safe neighbourhood and it was nice to see something of a more resiential neighbourhood.
