If you like beef, and especially Prime Rib, then this is the place for you. The atmosphere is just perfect and the service is exceptional.
The Salad – Made tableside by your server, really, really good.
The Prime Rib – The server and a chef come to your table with what looks like a giant steel bassinette, but except instead of having some stupid baby inside, it is filled with huge rib roasts and your selection is cut to order. The Prime Rib was so good that only social etiquette itself prevented me from picking up the bone with my bare hands and eating whatever delicious meat that was left on it.
The Sides – The potatoes were great (mashed and baked) and they must infuse the creamed spinach with bacon, because it was awesome, too (and no, I never in a million years thought I would use the words “awesome” and “spinach” in the same sentence).
And, to make the experience even better - If you finish your selected cut THEY WILL GIVE YOU MORE!!!!
Not terribly expensive for what you are getting, but be sure to make reservations at least a week in advance because The House of Prime Rib is that good and people know it.
