I stayed here for a week and although there were some mix-ups with my reservation (Booked King Room not available) upon check-in, the manager emailed me after my check-out and kindly credited the price difference. Its that kind of service that makes you return. All in all the rooms were of a high quality (very comfortable bed and linen), nice views, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. 5 min walk to Union Square and all shops - Macys, Barneys, Nordstroms, Saks.
Professional staff, handy Starbucks on lower ground floor, large variety of food for the buffet breakfasts (Western + Japanese), average "executive lounge" but good to have at your disposal. Overall, good standard of rooms and extra handy if you want to explore SFC by foot.
