Interuppted check-in clerk at his supper, a fact he very much wanted me to know. No smiles, no welcome. Short answers, no eye contact. Made a remark to a co-worker that he hated it when his tea became diluted (due to having to do his job).
Credit card bill reflected bogus charges not quoted at check-in. Called for explanation. Received rudeness in the extreme. Charges being contested.
Do not stay at this hotel; better to sleep in the car or the ditch.
