We stayed here on Oct. 15-16, 2007. Tom and Ginger were very friendly and the late Victorian house was very nice. It only has a few guest rooms (four?). The Autumn room we stayed in was very big and clean and I've never seen a bigger bed - you almost needed a ladder to get into it. It was very comfortable and everything in the the en-suite bathroom worked fine. Tom gave us a LARGE key to the room and also to the outside door. He also said to help ourselves to sodas and cakes or biscuits in the dining room fridge, which was a nice touch.
A couple of points that could be negatives, depending on what you are looking for:
1) The unusual cooked breakfast was fine for my wife but there was no choice, although Tom did russle up some cereal when I said I don't eat cooked breakfasts.
2) There are no TVs so all you can do in the evening when you get in is read or go to bed!
3) Because of the this, the house is deathly quiet and you can hear every movement and the resulting creaks and I was almost afraid to go to the toilet in case I farted and the whole house heard! (Sorry to be crude).
4) The wardrobe had only no rail or hangers and just three hooks.
In summary this was a very friendly but very quiet place.
