If you are looking for a location where the owners and staff are like having a Fun Loving Family to take care of you,, share conversation with, a hug or two, and a good laugh, Delicious Food and a Relaxing Atmosphere to rejuvenate and find love again - this is the place!

We had wonderful time at this beautiful inn. The innkeepers and staff were very personable without being intrusive and were genuinely interested in making our stay a special one. They were quick to help with dinner reservations and sightseeing ideas and provided typed directions for us whenever we headed out. They even made us yummy treats for my husband's birthday. Our room (Lion's Den) was nicely decorated with lots of little touches (personal book lamps, notebooks of local menus and information, turndown chocolates, etc.) that set this place apart from other B&Bs we have been to. Breakfast was great each day and the house always had some sweets or snacks for guests. We would certainly stay here again and will, without hesitation, recommend Cumberland Falls to our friends and family there as well. Thank you Patti, Gary and Heather for a wonderful time.

My recent stay with Gary and Patti at Cumberland Falls was a real treat. The B&B is traditional, comfortable and welcoming. Gary and Patti, along with conciege Heather, add just the right extra touches to make it memorable. My room was comfy, clean and relaxing. But the breakfast was the main event! Such a gourmet extravaganza. My stay in Asheville was too short, and when I return, it will certainly be to Cumberland Falls!

Uk invents things and other countries either beat us (cricket, soccer) or make it better. This was the best B&B we ever stayed at. Best attraction was the luxurious jacuzzi. Make sure you order the foaming petals! And the chocolate covered strawberries, pure decadence. The rooms are elegant and charming, romantic and cozy.

Breakfast........well dont eat the night before, you need room for an unbeliveable gourmet menu. Don't expect tea and toast, there is more and more and more...........

The owners....well it was like being family felt like we had known them for years. Wish we could afford to stay there for weeks. Worth every cent you pay, plus (Gary that does not mean you can put your prices up).
