Our first trip to Asheville, NC was richer for our stay at Cumberland Falls B&B. The owner, Gary, was very helpful in suggesting a local hike (including mapping out the route to get there) and several excellent restaurants. The room was clean and well-appointed; the grounds were well cared for; the house was in excellent condition, located on a quiet street. We walked to town (3/4 mile) on a beautiful, sunny day and were treated to the houses of the historic Montford district. The breakfasts were delicious and inventive.

Cumberland Falls has become a tradition for us. My husband and I love to go for a weekend each year to celebrate our anniversary. We are never disappointed! This B&B is wonderful, and everyone is so nice! Patti, Gary, and Heather are so helpful. The rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast is so delicious! I feel like this is our family :) I would recommend this B&B to anyone.

Our weekend stay at Cumberland Falls was phenomenal! Everything was perfect. From the house and grounds, to the breakfast and snacks, and Heather (the concierge) and Patti and Gary (owners) we were well taken care of.

Our stay at Cumberland Falls was wonderful - the room was beautiful and romantic, the service was genuinely welcoming, and the breakfasts had incredible and delicious variety. We hope to make staying there a regular getaway event.

If you are looking for a location where the owners and staff are like having a Fun Loving Family to take care of you,, share conversation with, a hug or two, and a good laugh, Delicious Food and a Relaxing Atmosphere to rejuvenate and find love again - this is the place!
