Our weekend was fabulous. Over the years Ashville has often been a location for a quick get away. It's a wonderful city and now we have found a fantastic inn that allows us to feel at home while away from home. Ron and Lynn know their business and more importantly, their target audience. Their attention to details is quite impressive...from the lighting system that allowed you to set the mood, to the flavia machine that provided fresh, good-tasting coffee on demand, to the live heritage music on Saturday night, it all came together to provide an absolutely wonderful, relaxing weekend.
The Inn was recommended by friends and we shall certainly continue to "spread the word."

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Inn on Montford.
Not only were Lynn and Ron great Innkeepers, but they were also great down to earth hosts! We enjoyed everything about our stay, and would certainly recommend it to any of our family or friends.

We just enjoyed a weekend getaway at the Inn on Montford in Asheville, NC and absolutely loved it! The inn was beautiful and the attention to detail unmatchable, from the towel warmers in the bathroom to wine glasses & wine opener thoughtfully placed our room. The Fitzgerald room was elegant & cozy, with rich draperies & a bed fit for a king. Steaming travel mugs of coffee and tea were delievered to our room each morning, which was a perfect start to the day. Breakfast consisted of a three course meal served in the formal dining room & was absolutely delicious. Hope to return for another visit! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Being greeted by a crackling fireplace & warm and welcoming hosts, Ron & Lynn on a cool March afternoon set the tone for a great stay @ the 1900 Inn on Montford. My husband & I were first time visitors to Asheville and loved the location of the 1900 Inn - so close to downtown & the Biltmore. Received great recommendations for places to eat and things to do but also enjoyed spending time relaxing at the 1900 Inn. Did I mention the breakfasts were fit for a king?! Adored Allie Cat. Would definitely stay here again.
