I stayed at the Taj in June 2012 for 3 nights on business. This was my first time in Boston and this was the perfect location for a first timer. Right on the popular "Newbury Street" known for its designer shops and across from the historical public gardens. There were some great authenic eateries in the area but there were also several food chains within walking distance. Luxurious rooms and comfy beds. The only downside was internet access was an extra fee which isn't very "business-friendly" especially with the expense of the rooms. And breakfast was also not included, basic continental breakfast was $22 per person. However, the staff was very friendly and I felt welcomed and safe at this location.
