Good gosh... Where do I begin?!?! "Parking Available" in advertised in this hotel's on-line description, but it is not an actual amenity of the hotel. The front desk referred us down the road to the Hertz Parking Lot on Broadway & 95th only to be told by the most rudest and condescending of parking attendees that the lot is full; and then be told by the hotel's front desk staff when we came back to the hotel that we have to find (AND PAY) for our own parking since the Hertz Lot is full! Also, the hotel NEEDS to fix the elevators. The paying guests of this hotel should not have to line up 10 people deep like cattle just to take the only working elevator to get up to our rooms. (We decided waiting for 30 minutes to get on the only working elevator was a waste of our time, so we repeatedly climbed 8 flights of stairs to get up to our room.) Additionally, the front desk is constantly inundated by a multitude of guests who can not get in their rooms due to the keyless entry system not working since we arrived. (One guest told me they had been in the hotel for five days and they keyless entry system has not worked the entire time.) Additionally, our room's carpet is disgusting/filthy, the wall paper is coming off the walls in multiple places, and the window A/C...More
