I loved this hotel!! It was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. I will definately stay here again.

This is a great modern Marriott property. Loved the lobby setup and the rooms were unique as well (at least the one I was in). The city around the hotel is vibrant and seemed safe. Lots of food choices even late at night.

Just spent an evening at the Downtown Little Rock. This was our first stop for our Ark vacation.

The hotel room was perfect. The bed was big, soft and comfy. The bathroom looked brand-new. The room had a refrigerator in it. There was a coffee maker but, no Microwave. The front desk staff was great. We had questions, they had answers. If they were not sure they asked someone else. And the cool thing is that they had cookies at the front desk for your Mid-night cravings.

We did avoid the parking fee and parked on the street since it was after five on Friday (free parking time). And it made it so that we were only steps from the front door of the hotel.

This location was perfect. It was walking distance to the art, entertainment, and Museum district. We were even able to take a walk over the bridge for Dinner. We were not worried about our surroundings as we took the stroll. In fact it was a lot of foot traffice for 7:30 in the evening.

The next morning we were able to walk across the street to the River Market, which had food and shopping. On the opposite corner in front of the museum we were able to catch the shuttle down to the Clinton Library/Museum. The shuttle was great. It was a covered battery operated tram that could hold about ten people. Now something they did not mention. Depending on who is driving the tram it will either run every ten minutes or you have to inform the museum staff that you are waiting on the tram and they will call dispatch to send the tram back.

We were surprised there was a lot more to see then we expected on first glance. And this hotel is in the midst of it all.

On a scale of one to 10. I give it a fifteen!!

Stayed at this hotel during Christmas in my hometown of Little Rock. I love the location. Lots of shops and restaurants and the waterfront in walking distance. Very nice hotel; amenities are great. Quiet...rooms are very modern and overall its a great place to stay in heart of the city.
