We have nothing but praise for this property. We had a two night stay here with 2 small children and had a wonderful experience. The staff checked us in early, honoring our special requests with a smile. The room was in perfect working order with everything spotless. Noise was not an issue either inside or outside the hotel, our room was directly above the entrance to the hotel.Wake up calls came on time, the room was cleaned quickly and thoroughly. The hotel looks fairly new the beds were comfortable and everything looked fresh both inside and outside. The children loved the indoor pool, towels furnished poolside. Breakfast was available from 6am -10am with a wide variety of offerings. Herbal teas, tea, coffee, apple & orange juice as well as milk. Hard boiled eggs, waffles, yoghurt, cereal, bagels, muffins, pastries, fresh fruit etc. Something was truly available for everyone. The rooms are equipped for high speed access, we had a small issue with that but the staff did everything in their power to immediately remedy the situation. They provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. We stayed at 4 hotels this trip the others considered 4 and 5 star and the little La Quinta in Fruita beat the fancier ones hands down.

Ok, so your driving eighty-five miles and hour and you come upon the sign, "next hotel 269 miles!" What-to-do?!

Luckily, the oaisis of Fruita appears...it has a wonderful budget hotel , a great family run authentic Mexican restaurant and a , get ready...Dinosaur Museum...how cool and totaly unexpected is this?

We atyed there in three blissfully peaceful and wonderfully up-to-date, tidy rooms. They serve a very nice continental as part of the rate. The hotel has an indoor pool and whirlpool. They even offer fre internet and a printe as well!. Management is exceptonal. They let us check in early and out, late.

Spent two nights here with my wife and four kids and was very pleased. The hotel is brand new, the rooms were very clean and reasonably large for this price range. Refrigerator, microwave, and high-speed internet in every room. Staff was very courteous. Decent continental breakfast as well. Would definitely stay here again.
