As a local food aficionado I have a whole lot to say about this reputedly excellent Oregon District establishment. First, I participate once a week, on Wednesday night, in the Karaoke sing that last from 9:30PM-2:00AM. I only stay long enough to sing twice, about 12:30AM, since I get up early next morning.
As to the food, I'm not very well versed on the menu having only tried 2 of the items listed; the Falafel Sandwich, and a Blind Bob's Burger; although I have tasted the fried pickles, the waffle fries, and some chicken fingers other patrons shared with me on occasion.
In my opinion, anything Mark, the bartender/cook serves to guests is absolutely the most delicious, most taste tantalizing, most appetite satisfying of any bar type food I've ever enjoyed.
The burger I had last night at 10:30PM was juicy, substantial at 1/2lbs., filling, and every bit exactly what I expected from their kitchen. And I was not, in the least, disappointed.
Since I'd had no supper, had just come from a business meeting, and was famished, it was just what the doctor ordered. And after I'd finished it in less than 10 minutes(I felt like Adam Richmond on "Man vs. Food" on the Travel Cable TV channel), I almost ordered another 1/4lb'er; but felt like that 1st one was enough meat even for a 230lb, 6'3" 'er, like me, so I just concentrated on the potato chips instead,, while I waited for my chance to sing.
I performed "Wild World" by Yusuf Israel, formerly Cat Stevens: and, for my 2nd tune, "Three Times a Lady" by Lionel Ritchie. They were well received with a loud round of applause.
Since my burger was eaten, I'd sung my 2 songs, and the hour was 12:35AM, it was my time to go.
When I got home last night I still was tasting that awesomely delicious burger I'd just finished, and wondered if they all came out so perfect. I supposed they did.
So, next time you come to Dayton, Ohio, stop by the Oregon District some Wednesday night at 9:30PM, for a burger, fries, a drink, and some fun karaoke singing; and don't forget to say hi!

Fried pickles as hula hoops were phenomenal. Ordered up the hula hoops as an appetizer, but those things amazing enough to be on the dessert menu too!! My raging Cajun burger was perfect. Bottom line, I'll be back!!
They even kept us tables for our large group of 15, when we called ahead.

Stopped in on a Monday evening for dinner. There was a very mixed crowd - families, couples, and bar patrons. Plenty of tables inside and outside. Our group ordered burbon chicken fingers as an appetizer and little burger,BBQ burger, and chicken parm sandwich for dinner. Waffle fries were crispy and simply awesome! All the food was delicious! Service was very good. Good selection of local beers on draft This is definitely more of a bar than a restaurant. If you can handle some loud music (we didn't mind it at all - others might), Blind Bob's is a prefect choice for a casual, tasty meal.

This is one of our usual "go to" places in Dayton. Flavorful burgers and awesome house-made potato chips and dip. Also excellent wraps. Nice patio for outside dining when the weather is good. The food never disappoints.

This was my second visit to Blind Bob's and the food was as enjoyable as the last. What made this visit special was the waitress. She was very attentive although we had around 15 in our party. She made sure everyone had their food while it was still fresh and hot. She recommended the best reuben sandwich ever and she wasn't wrong. It was one of the best I've had. Make sure you stop in for lunch if you have a little time and try the Reuben.
