I was a little disappointed with some aspects of the hotel. It was close to major attractions with free parking and for the price, a better deal then other downtown hotels. However, the hotel really shows signs of its age. The hallways look like a renovated basement and the rooms look old judging from the appearance of the walls, doors, vents and fixtures. Our bathroom door did not close properly and, much like a prior reviewer, the faucet would not turn off unless you found the right spot (either we had the same room or many rooms are like that). The bathroom was not well cleaned either, especially the toilet which looked as though it had been neglected for some time. While other Best Westerns offer a free breakfast, this one did not. A buffet was available, but did not look that great and, at 12.95 per person, did not entice me to try it. Instead, we got some breakfast at a Wawa food market across the street. We only stayed overnight, so it was bearable for a short time, but I would look elsewhere if coming back to the area.

Thank you for taking your time to write a review and sharing your comments on your most recent stay. We do appreciate your nice remarks on our great location and free parking and the value for your money we provide. I have also shared some of your concerns on the room with our managment team to address the problems you mentioned. While I do realize many Best Western Hotels offer a free breakfast, we offer a full service experience for both breakfast, lunch and dinner for our guests. We welcome your return to Our Hotel as well as Best Western Hotels worldwide. Thanks again for your valuable feedback.
