I stayed at this conference center for a Hopkins-associated meeting. The location is a bit far from the airport and downtown area, but the grounds and Mt. Washington town area are nice to wander around. Because I was booked here for a meeting with a group of people, our stay included all meals and snacks. This made for a convenient, although somewhat less-than-exciting stay. The guestrooms in the conference center were adequate and reasonably clean, though lacking in character. The complimentary business center and gym access were a nice touch. The Octagon Building has an interesting history, serving as a finishing school for girls and later a college.
