I recently stayed here for a conference that Loyola hosted. I got a room with a high ceiling and a sleep number bed (great!) The front desk was friendly and helpful when printing off my presentation (for free). Located in a mall, it was nice to walk around. The shuttle driver was also very nice and helpful.
I recently attended a conference at Loyola College in Maryland and the Raddison at Cross Keys was the host hotel. I had an excellent experience there! It is not in the Inner Harbor, (its about 15 minutes away), but it is tucked away in this pictusresque park-like setting, complete with adjacent shops and restaurants in the complex.
First of all, the staff was so professional and personalable. Check in and check out was quick and courteous. They readily gave me recommendations for area restaurants, including Donna's which is in the complex and has a fabulous menu. They were kind and patient when I had difficulties with my room key and even helped me to locate my car keys when they were lost.
I opted for one of the rooms with the Sleep Number beds. I was so excited to try out this new technology. Kudos to Radisson for offering this option. It was a treat to experiment with the different settings and now I must say I am considering purchasing this bed for my home. The rooms were well appointed and tastefully decorated. The furniture was clean; the linens soft and white. There was a good sized desk and a cushy arm chair that was perfect for reading. This room had everything I needed to be both productive and comfortable.
Overall, this was a great hotel! It is important to note: there is a shuttle service that will take you into Inner Harbor which makes it very convenient. If you are visiting Loyola Colege, I can't think of a better place to stay.
Warm, friendly staff, excellent facilities, quiet atmosphere, great value for your dollar with shopping at your doorstep...what more can you ask for??
I stayed at the Radisson at Cross Keys for a conference this month and it was fantastic! The hotel operates a complimentary shuttle that will drop patrons off at a variety of Baltimore tourist attractions, so it's really easy to access the city. Additionally, the hotel is located near a variety of first-rate shopping and dining!!
Nice renovated hotel but terrible service.
1/ I got a room on the dumpster side which stinks and is very noisy
2/ The water in the bathroom was dripping the entire nite
3/ The light in the entrance was working half the time.
4/ The bed was not done properly and please...the sleep number concept is just horrible!
I would not stay there again...
