I would just like to write to you to let you know what fine employees that are working at the Days Inn Inner Harbor. My wife and I stayed August 24-25 and our stay was very exceptional. We are from South Carolina and I had an appointment to see two different Doctors in Baltimore. We flew in early on the 24th. Our room was not ready yet, but we got to leave our luggage and catch a baseball game.
I needed to go to Pikesville for one of my appointments and I called the transit system for information on how to get there. They told me to catch bus #7 to Mondawin Station and then catch M2 to Old Court Road. When I talked to some people that we met there in Baltimore they told me not to get off at Mondawin Station, that it was too dangerous. They told me to catch a taxi. I called the Taxi service for a price and they told me $80.00 roundtrip.
Everyone at Days Inn Inner Harbor was very helpful, especially Ms. Jamie Fisher. I asked her for her input and she told me to ride the Metro to Old Court Station then catch the M2 to Old Court Road. That worked out so good for me. And it saved me a lot of money. Ms. Fisher was always smiling and very helpful to us. She dresses like a professional and acts like a professional. Most places you go to anymore, employees just don’t care about the customer. But Ms Fisher showed me that she cares for her customers. And that is why we will come back to Days Inn Inner Harbor.
