I booked a room because I needed to be near Kernan Hospital which is nearby and I didn't have a car. The hotel was supposed to have a shuttle. I checked in and when I asked about the shuttle they looked at me with a blank stare. The room was in the back, on the ground floor with a view of an overflowing dumpster. It was dirty, small, the bed sagged, and the smell of smoke in this 'non-smoking' room was overpowering. I tried to make the best of it, but after seeing the secuity chain had been broken on the door and the soft drink machine was smashed in, I went to the front desk and checked out immediately. When they asked why, I told them the hotel was not acceptable and they did not seem surprised. They told me I would have to pay for the room anyway and to contact the manager. I did contact him later via email and received a return message apologizing and saying I would be refunded the money. I never did get the refund and no response to later email asking where it was.

I will never stay at this property again. I've stayed here a few times in the last two years and it continues to go downhill. I was there over this past weekend. I had a ground floor room in the back of the property to avoid freeway noise in the front.

First, the rooms are VERY tiny. Barely enough room to move around in. The rooms are grimy. I had a non-smoking room but it did smell of smoke; they just used a deodorizer to cover it up and it didn't do a good job. Two of the outlets didn't work.

I got the room for free because I used some points from my Choice Privileges membership. I still should have gotten another hotel.

There was a lot of suspicious activity going on. Loud boom box type of music blaring from cars and people loitering in the parking lot. There were small groups of people coming and going in and out of the property that were clearly not hotel guests. I felt very scared being there. There were people drinking out in the parking lot and I also believe that there were drugs deals going down.

I called the front desk to report these things. They said there weren't any problems that they were aware of. Sure. I asked for the name of the property manager and the front desk didn't even ask if there was anything they could do to help me. That spoke volumes.

I could stay there for free again with my Choice membership, but I will not. My safety is more important.

We stayed at the Quality Inn on Security Blvd in Baltimore, MD. The motel was old and dirty. We had to move to another room because the smell was so bad. The room we moved to was much better. The cleaning crew was good and did everything to make our stay bearable. Management knew that this motel was going to be full to capacity and the elevators were not working and no one showed up to fix them...need I say more????

This was the worst hotel experience ever! The floors were so dirty my son feet were black within minutes. The room reek with smoke odor in a non-smoking room. AC did not work in 4 rooms so be ready to sweat your [--] off. My bathroom door had a fist bunched in it. The bathroom floor was dirty like it had not been cleaned in months the tub had dirt stains that could not be claned. The sheets stunck and looked dirty. The steps had been urinated on. The lobby was disgusting and smelled with funck odor. I will never stay at this location again. The police were seen at this location on a daily at all times of the day. The workers could have cared less and would fight with each other. The front desk were like whatever they couldn't give a rats [--] what complaints you had and never attempt to accommodate us. Run, do not stay here!!!!!.
