We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a busy holiday weekend. I was impressed with the location and look of the hotel. We waited about 45 minutes to an hour after check in for our bags, which the valet brought to the wrong room. After this delay, we were able to get ready and missed a dinner reservation. Anyway, the furnishings in the rooms were very nice and the room was quite large. There is an above average fitness center near the pool. The next morning we were woke at 9 AM with banging on the door and then the maid opened it. To me, that is pretty early to come in! She asked me if we were going to need any housekepping. I said yes and that we would need about an hour to get ready (we were traveling with a child under 3). She said she would be back in a little while. We left for the day around 10 and returned at 5. We returned to discover that she had never returned to the room and the beds were unmade, there were no towels, the garbage wasnt emptied, etc. We had to wait again for room service and almost missed a dinner cruise that we had prepaid over $100 for.
I think this is a very nice hotel but was not impressed by the service overall. The valet and concierge staff were very helpful, however. With all the other choices in the area I dont believe I would stay there again.
