When I entered the office, staff were very friendly and compassionate to my needs. I requested a non smoking room, KING with refrigerator on the lower floor near the pool, and I got everything I had asked for. The rooms were just outfitted with new carpet ( I love that new carpet smell, makes the room smell new), new furniture, refrigerator, alarm clock, new bathroom tiles, new artwork and not to mention a quiet quiet room, solid concrete block walls so no noise can come in at all. I've actually been here before say 5 years ago and back then the hotel was nice, but its so much nicer now. Staff were kind and friendly, only drawback was that it didnt have high speed internet, but the manager assured me that was his next pet project. Cant wait to come back to savannah and stay here again.

Great (and quiet) place to stay if you can find it. In walking minutes from several eateries in the vicinity. Had a little situation (and only one small complaint) upon checking into room. The water pressure for the toilet was not on. But Room service responded quickly to a frantic traveler's, "no water in the toilet."

Since I now KNOW how to find, will definitely return again.

Office staff were very kind and friendly compared to the hotel I stayed at the night before. The parking lot was well lit, room was clean and smelled nice. Office kept the swimming pool open a few hours later for the kids to play in. AC worked so well, I had to actually turn it off ten minutes after turning it on. Next time I drive to Savannah, I'm stopping here first. Only problem was they didnt have high speed internet, but the manager on duty let me use his office computer to check emails. The posteurpedic bed was definately the best. I slept so nice even with two kids screaming all night. Good Job.

We booked 2 nights here because a friend knew the AREA & it was deemed "safe" to stay in. The Carpet was worn & had a layer of what felt like sludge all over. The Bath & Vanity floors were also NOT clean as one would hope. Yet the Beds & Sheets were very clean. We kept our sandels
on while walking around the room. I would NOT recommend this Hotel !
