Hotel in good location and plenty of parking but we drove past it the first time as the Hilton signage is low key. We had asked for a quiet room but got one by the elevator - took a while to get a replacement as the hotel was quite full.
Rooms are basic, nothing special and certainly not worth the rack rate. Very comfortable bed and room quiet despite overlooking the street. The executive lounge is far too small for a hotel of this size. The evening attedant has been there for ever and is a lovely lady who is very happy to give advice. Drinks are $2 and reasonable food. On both occassions we visited for breakfast they were clearing the place 30-40 minutes before it was due to close - not a great selection of food and the staff seemed keen to close asap.
Pool is on second floor and is of a reasonable size and never got busy. Very small gym by pool. Public areas very tired and dated - looks like they were circa 1960's when the hotel was built.
Next time I'll stay at the Hyatt or Westin
