I travel a lot for both business and leisure, and this is certainly the worst hotel I have visited in years. I booked on-line and requested a crib for my baby. Then I called the hotel to make sure that a crib would be available and was assured it would be in our room when we arrived. Upon arrival the crib was not there, but the person at reception assured us it would be brought up shortly. The crib never arrived, despite repeated calls and visits to the front desk and assurances that it would be brought up to the room. Eventually it was past my daughter's bedtime and still no crib, so I called and said if it was not delivered soon I would call the national number. Within minutes the manager called from home and asked if we could either move down stairs--we had already unpacked and it was past my daughter's bed time--or could I carry the crib upstairs since the person at reception could not; something they had never mentioned in the previous several hours. When I responded that I had an injured back and could not carry it up stairs, the manager grudgingly said they would drive into to take care of it, but the person at reception got another guest to do it. Of course, by this time my 12 month old was out of sorts, as were her parents. The staff and management at this hotel are both rude and dishonest. i would advise all to avoid this hotel.
