Although my stay was fine it left much to be desired. To begin, my room handle was broken and would come off when opening the door. The elevators were hot and run down looking but the worst part of my stay had to have been the pull out sofa. I opened it to find an unmaid bed with old sheets and a not so nice odor coming from it. Needless to say I closed it up and did not use it. With so many other options in the area, I will not stay there again.

Do not stay at this hotel. First, when you walk in it smells horrible. When i got to my room, the couch, chair, and pillows were filthy. The TV would buzz at certain channels. The bathroom smelled like smoke. The sink and the toilet/whirlpool bathtub were in 2 different rooms. If my family was changing while I finished bathing, I had to wait. The bathroom sink is in the bedroom. The kitchen sink has no soap! Housekeeping is horrible. There was a spill on the bed. I told housekeeping that I took the sheets off the bed and laid them on the floor. Guess what, they put the sheets right back on the bed. I called the front desk and they gave me new sheets but no one could put it on. I had to do the work myself. That night I devised a plan. I marked the tag of a sheet and would see if they put the sheets back on. They did not! I got new sheets. Their sheets and matresses absorbes smells. This was not a good hotel. I suggest you stay at the Hampton Inn like my cousins. Their stay was "5-star" accorsing to their details.

Though this Holiday Inn Express was a bit more than I expected to pay at $99, I had a pleasant stay. On check in, we were upgraded to a suite room. I had been sick nearly all day from having had oral surgery 24 hours earlier. I instantly felt better seeing our room! It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The room was well stocked with extra towels, shampoos, coffee, etc. It was a non-smoking room and there was no hint of smoke. The king bed had extra pillows. Everything worked. Exactly what I needed!

The property has a convenient location. We walked across the parking lot to a Ruby Tuesdays for dinner. There is also an Applebees you can walk to.

We will stop here again when driving 95 between FL and OH or NJ.

Got to the hotel and the pool was closed for repair. We asked for a refund and staff was condisending and rude. After 2 hours of debating with the only person on duty (Maria) she told us she called the manager and they would not refund. The next day we spoke to the manager and she had never been called. The manager then gave us the refund and went to another hotel. The staff the evening before was the rudest I had ever seen and ruined our entire 1st evening making us miss 4th of July fireworks. Will never stay here again.
