We stayed at this Holiday Inn in September. The front desk staff, Naomi and Katie, were inconsiderate and uncaring. We checked into a room that was obviously not clean. The toilet was visibly dirty. There was used soap and shampoo from a previous guest in the tub. We were told the maid had gone home! It was only 2:30pm.
The front desk staff just shrugged their shoulders and didn't care if we stayed at their hotel or not.
There were people swimming in their clothes in the pool. Big dogs were allowed to stayed in the hotel rooms. It was not a pleasant place to stay.
The carpet was damp. There was an odor in the room.
One elevator was broken. The entrance was wide open with just tape across it to show that it was not working.
When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told there wasn't a manager there. The front desk staff was very rude.
I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. In fact, this experience has changed my view of Holiday Inns overall. I would insist upon seeing the actual room before ever checking into a Holiday Inn again.
We are even Priority Club members, so we have stayed with Holiday Inn many times in the past.
Never again...at this Holiday Inn.
