We were totally impressed with the hotel and it's staff. When we arrived there was a problem with the refrigerator (it was about 100 degrees that week). Within minutes of telling the staff, our room was changed. The rest of our stay was absolutely perfect. This hotel sits right off an exit (#94) of Route 95 in Savannah. It is QUIET and peaceful. Plenty of restaurants within short walk distance of the front door. No getting back in the car. We will stay there each time we go to Savannah. Southern Hospitality at its best!

I am a stickler for clean hotels and the Savannah Clarion met my standards. I booked my suite via [--]. The customer service representative worked with me, and assured that everything I requested I received (two queen size beds, sleep sofa and a crib). Oh, and did I mention the price was excellent! The rooms were clean; extra towels and linen was provided upon request. Also, I found the staff to be friendly and professional. Oh, and don't let me forget, they served the best continental breakfast! It was loaded with, made to order fresh Belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal and more). I would highly recommend this location for your next hotel accommodation :)

There are a lot of Hotels off this Exit, and we picked the PERFECT one! My husband and I travel quite a bit, and honestly, this Hotel is the nicest one we have stayed in for many years. It is VERY CLEAN and the staff obviously cares about the enjoyment and comfort of its guests. The bedroom was large as was the bath. Both were CLEAN and very neat. It's the first hotel we've been in that we didn't not spray the whole room with LYSOL as we usually do. The sheets smelled wonderful, and the pillows were first rate. My husband loved the pillows! The breakfast was very nice, and there is something for everyone. Lots of choices! The outside grounds look like a magazine cover. Not a scrap of paper or trash anywhere. The rate is reasonable and believe me, you won't be sorry if you stay here. Management is on the ball at this Hotel. We plan on staying here everytime we pass by, which is several times a year. Thank you Clarion Inn and Suites for a VERY enjoyable stay!

A pipe burst in the bathroom. After wading through water to get our things and it scaring my child half to death, we moved to the room next door. The phone and the microwave did not work. The airconditioner thermostat did not work. I was hot all night. I asked for their 100% satisfaction guarantee refund. The manager refused and credited my credit card $20. However, after filing a complaint, Choice Hotels did give me vouchers for $80 toward a future stay. I love Choice Hotels, but this one is below their normal standards, especially when you deal with the management. I will not stay here again.
