“not impressed”

Seasons Inn

6 Oct 2008

I stayed there for three days.First, they put us in a room that looked like it haden't been cleaned in years.Cob webs everywhere, stained bedding, and a rusted tub. Then I sat on the bed and a earwig crawled on me. I told them at he desk that this would not do. They got me another room by the pool. I was pleased with the way this room looked. We settled in and we had visiters.Coakroaches were rooming with us. We do not reccomend this hotel.

We were planning a nice weekend to trip that included staying at the Seasons Inn. Set up a reservation by phone with the hotel.
Arrived as scheduled. Checked in and was handed a key card and was told how to get to our room. Tried to use the key card on the room they had placed us in. And to our great shock the room was already ocupied by someone else. We went back down to the office and was handed another key card to a different room. We went to the new room and to our udder shock again we found a dirty room bed still unmade beer bottles on the tables and trash on the floor. Went to the office again. And was told that the only room they had was a room with two queen sized beds. Well our reservation was for 1 king size bed. And the 2 queen sized beds was just not going to work for us. So we got our money back. And they were so rude!!!!! Did not even apologize for there major screw ups. Don't let the nice pictures of the atrium and pool fool you. The room is very small and the funiture is filthy and out dated. We ended up being stressed out trying to drive around Fort Smith finding another hotel within our budget to stay in. Thanks Seasons Inn for making what should have been a nice weekend away into a very stressful event for us. Due to the managements incompetence our nice weekend wasn't that nice!!!! Don't stay at Seasons Inn !!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!

“Filth Seasons Inn”

Seasons Inn

20 Feb 2008

Our youth softball team stayed there. When I first checked in my room was what appeared to be in the "ghetto" part of the hotel. It was very dark and there were cigarette butts on the floor. Not to mention there was one room that had a pad lock on it (maid cleaning storage). I asked that my room be changed immediately to the swimming area which seemed great at the time. Our second night the ceiling in our bathroom started to leak so we called the front desk. The maintenance man arrived and made a leud comment about who was occupying the bathroom then turned off the leak. To our suprise the next morning there was no hot water for the entire team/hotel. The maintenance man turned off the hot water to stop the leak in our bathroom. Finally the trip was over but later came the bill. We were charged for 3 nights for the original ghetto room and 2 for the pool side room. After calling the hotel several times to have my bill fixed and having to retell my experience over and over and listening to excuse after excuse (the accountant worked nights bla bla bla) I have still not received reimbursement for my over payment. Now it is February with a new softball season starting- I will not stay there and do not recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is a former Day's Inn. It is a nice hotel and very clean. The staff at the hotel is very willing to do anything necessary to make your stay more comfortable. The high speed internet service they provide is much better than he average and the swimming pool and jacuzzi surroundings are beautiful.

It's a nice Hotel. Close to Mall and downtown. This hotel is not like Hilton, but as economy hotel, this is fine. I guess I found this hotel nice because this is under new management. Hotel Manager Naf is pretty helpful. He try to make things perfect. They have night security. Ofcourse swimming pool is not nice, but it is not necessary to me. Room was clean and ammenities was there. I am happy.
