“Not Fit For A King Or Dog!!!”

Quality Inn

I would not recommend that my dog stay at this location. I went for a weekend w/ my two children(both under 10, yet over 5) one of which is asthmatic. I requested a non smoking room recieved a room that was a smoking room with the sign off the door. I was quoted one price, but was overcharged $40.00 per night extra. When I questioned the rate, I was disrespected and threatened by the manager to have my room given to someone else for "more money." I requested an early check in when reservations was made. Upon arrival, because I questioned the rate I was told with attitude:"because of the way I am acting the room is available, but I won't give it to you until 3pm." Caught between a rock & no other place to go I said nothing else. When entering the room @3pm, the carpet was dirty, the shower was less to be desired of and the most stomach turning incident was to find someone else's toe nail clipping along the side of the bed. If anyone should have a bad experience at this "hotel" contact choice hotels and complain. I complained to choice hotels, who in turn contacted the hotel. I received a letter from the same person (the manager) who mistreated me and told me he apologizes for his staff. How angry was I??Traveling with children and being treated so unprofessionally is nothing but sinful.

“Quality lacking”

Quality Inn

Comfortable bed, great shower, attached to nice Denny's Restaurant. All other features were lacking in Quality. Security system on access doors wasn't working. Building was old and in need of updating. No breakfast, although brochure states free breakfast. Area was questionable. This location did not live up to my expectations of a Quality Inn.

“Worst Hotel Experience Ever”

New Jersey

This hotel is old - which in itself is not a problem, but it is just plain dirty. The carpets need a vacuum, one of the refridgerators smelled and was so foul we wouldn't even open it and in one of the two rooms we stayed in the sheets simply were not changed from the previous guests - digusting! We got new sheets but the owner actual was rude in doing it. We were spending $120 a night and had dirty sheets and he was annoyed at us! what a miserable man. We then said we were leaving - he said fine but he was charging us for both nights. He did charge us as threatened and when we contacted Quality Inn Customer Care all they said was that we didn't cancel in time. NEVER AGAIN.
