The pizza itself was good - probably the best I've had in Boston. The sauce tasted a little bit canned, and the toppings were kind of sloppy but the crust itself was awesome. I'd go back, but I'd probably order it take-out. The restaurant is cramped and it's hard to get a table. Overall the pizza was kind of wet, but the slice was generous and in general it was good.

I am DONE with upper crust. I live in the neighborhood and I will NEVER eat there or order from them again. This is the last time they will mix up or completely lose my order and have me still waiting more than an HOUR after my pizza was due. The people who work there do not care if you get the right order or not, and they are notorious for giving your order to soemone else and not caring if you go hungry. DO NOT go here unless you are not that hungry, have 3 hours to kill and like your pizza slightly burnt and don't care if you get what you ordered.
