This "Hotel" didn't perform as one would expect for a Quality Inn. The staff was poorly trained and unable to respond to problems with the much advertised wireless internet system. I am very experienced with these hotel systems, and I spent several hours over two days but was unable to get their system to work. I Even called the contractor who provided their service and their troubleshooter called the hotel and told them how to re-boot the system to make it work, despite that it never did during the course of my stay. The free breakfast was was a free for all of adults and children in a crowded room. The hotel room was small, dirty with mold and mildew in the shower and around the sink, and cockroaches on the floors and walls, and a bedspread that smelled like cigarette smoke and had the burns to match-this was supposed to be a non smoking room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, pillows were flat, and the A/C very noisy. Definitely not worth the $99 a night it cost me.

Our family has always used this hotel. We visit this area regularly and find the quality inn by far to be the best value, cleaniest hotel with the friendliest staff. The breakfast is great and the location is perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through fredericksburg. A++++++

This Quality Inn is very convenient to I95. We stayed there on a recent trip to DC and chose this location because it was pretty centrally located to where we wanted to go. One day we drove to DC (about 50 miles) and the next to King's Dominion (less than 30 miles). The hotel isn't the newest or fanciest, which doesn't matter to us, but it was super- clean, which does matter! The staff was friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was great. Waffles, eggs, gravy and biscuits, as well as fruit, cereal and muffin selections. The price was decent and we would absolutely stay here again when traveling.

Well-located, comfortable, quiet hotel just off the I-95. Friendly helpful front desk staff. I was able to get a lower rate by taking out my laptop in the lobby and booking a room via AAA, then checking in. The second level room was clean, with adequate space for hanging clothes. The beds were very comfortable. Microwave and mini-fridge. The lobby breakfast area was clean with a wide variety of hot / cold food and drink. The hotel is easy driving distance from central Fredericksburg, and was crowded with older snow birds on their way north. We would stay there again.
