I stayed in the Taste of Alaska's log cabin for three nights in February. The cabin was very nice and had plenty of room. It inlcuded an indoor jacuzzi and a well-stocked kitchen. Breakfast was dropped off the night before and typically included fruit, pastry, orange juice and a hot dish (to be reheated in the microwave oven).
I stayed there to catch the Northen Lights which I saw two of the three nights that I was in Fairbanks.
Overall I was very pleased with the Taste of Alaska. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Fairbanks area.
