Graet location near to subway. Good clean facilities - free wireless and cable TV. Best thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Great value for money.

Unassuming on the outside, a breath of fresh air - though not literally in a NY indian summer - on the inside. Great and knowledgeable host, charming rooms and bathrooms, whose ornaments and decorations keep you busy while showering. Subway stops that take you into Manhattan close. Dump you overpriced bland Manhattan hotel for this truly original b & b.

We just spent a week at Awesome B&B where we arrived May 11. We had a great time in New York and were happy to have found this nice accomodation which price allowed us to do more shopping...
Carl the owner is a great guy, very helpful yet discreet.
The place is nice and conveniently located with the subway right across the street and many buses available in the area. The rooms are nice and air conditioned. The area is safe and animated. There are lots of shopping places including a "Macy's" store a block away in Fulton Mall. We recommend the place and would stay there again with pleasure any time.

We had a great time at Awesome B&B. Carl, the owner who welcomed us, is a very helpful friendly person ready to answer any question. I really felt at home because of the creative decoration on the wall and all the funny things that make each room special. The price is good and you can even walk from the B&B to Manhattan. Entering Manhattan for the first time from the Brooklyn Bridge is very special! So, I would really recommend this place.
