The worst experience ever in my life! Not recommend to anyone here. First there is the subway track hovering the hotel, you can hear the big noises all the time, very hard to fall in sleep. No central air condition or heating, so extra noise for you. The rooms are so tiny that you would always bump your butt to something when you turn around anywhere in the room. The staffs are the worst part. They lie to you without a blink. We had to check out late and they told us to pay 10 bucks per extra hour after 11am. Then they were trying to drive us out, and told us we would be charged 25 bucks per hour if we don't check out by 11am. With a half year old baby, my husband was desperate. Just terrible. By the way it is an Indian run hotel.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Ammenities were new, rooms newly redone, comfy beds and pillows; Located 1/2 a block away from Broadway Junction Subway station- about 20min train ride to Manhatten- not bad at all! Great wireless connection. Only downfall would be train tracks right outside hotel- but just bring earplugs. Neighborhood is not attractive but we certainly did not feel unsafe at any time. This was way better than paying the sky high prices for a place in Manhatten- perfect for 2 or 3 nights!
