We booked this place because it had many good reviews. The staff was very nice and the price was low, but the rooms were disgusting. My husband and I were both afraid to walk on the carpet without socks. The chairs in the sitting area had layers of dirt gorund into them and the bed spread smelled musty. The bathroom looked newly remodeled so was relativley clean, but I imagine it will look old soon if it is cleaned as infrequently as the rest of the room. We will not be back.

Stayed in the King suite with 2 king beds and a pullout sofa bed that was so worn out that we were unable to use it. Very large suite with a nice fireplace. The furniture was also worn out but the showers were nice with very good water pressure. We were o.k with these minor problems but then...the roaches and ants came out! Luckily on our last day there! just a little too far away from the parkway for us. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was blah. coffee, juice, mini donuts and bagels. no fruit. Would we stay again? Doubt it. Too many other choices in this beautiful town.

We stayed at the Rodeway Inn for three nights. The price was very good and the rooms were very clean. You could tell it was an older hotel, but the room was spacious and very well kept. The hotel is in a good location and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again!!!

I don´t understand the good reviews. We had room 106 and there was really ugly. Stinky, old with cuts from a knifein the matress, old carpets, old curtains and linen. Please stay away.
Around the pool, a lot of cigarettes from weeks(!) before.
