We checked in on June 7 for a week , room 115 a suite with a great mountain and city view. It overlooks the pool. It has 2 balconies one private one not.
The suite has a private king bedroom and a partial private double bed on the other side of the room. A small living room with 2 chairs that were dirty but, I covered them. The 2 tv's were nice with a teenager. The bathroom area was large with double sink and microwave and small refridge. Toliet and shower in a smaller room by themselves. The shower was very clean with new shower curtain.
The furniture was old and miss matched but everything besides the chairs were clean.
The pool was one of the bigger ones in gatlinburg. The view from there is worth a million dollars. The pool was open from 9-11, which is nice.
The staff ( Sherry )was so nice and every time we requested anything. Got 2 extra pillows, light bulb (one was burnt out), extra towels everyday, and tissues. Quick check in and out. No problems ant all. The Maid did a nice job everyday.
The breakfast was small but, okay. Donuts, english muffins, toast, bagels, muffins, oj, apple juice, and coffee that is all served until 10:00 am That is nice since we like to sleep in on vacation.
If you have any questions at all I would be happy to answer them.
$72.50 a night was a bargain for this room. I will be staying again.
