If you are traveling on a budget or would like to save money on a hotel to do other things on your trip , this place is for you. This was our second time to stay here and we were still surprised by the value you get here.

Of course it is an older hotel and you would expect some of the fit and finish to not be Hilton quality. But the place is clean, the staff is great, the pool is enjoyable and it is within walking distance to town. All that and a great room rate, we paid $70 a night for a family suite, makes this a nice place to sleep on a budget.

We were looking for an economical room for my kids spring breaK. I selected Skyland based on reviews on trip advisor.
We paid $160.00 for a Saturday, Sunday & mondy night stay.
Many hotels in this area were asking close to that for one night.
The room was very clean, it had 2 full beds with a balcony that over looked the mountains on one side and the city on the other.
The customer service was excellent, we talked with trhem during the free continental breakfst our first morning there. The breakfast
was fresh bagles w/ a toaster availabel, mini donught, english muffins with varioud cream cheeses and jams. Hot coffee and orange and apple juice.
The swimming pool was already open and very clean. it had a great view of the city.

This motel delivers much more than it promises and advertises. It is definately one of the best values in gatlinburg. This is definately a locally owned business that deserves our business.

It is obvious that these people care about their motel, their customers and Gatlinburg.

All most forgot to mention, it is in very close walking distance to EVERYTHING.

It was just myself, my boyfriend, and another couple from college looking for a cheap, but clean hotel.We found this at Rodeway Inn. Rooms were clean, fireplace was a nice addition. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms both with king size beds. The living area was very spacious and balcony was nice too. The only bad things I could say was that the furniture was a little worn and the continental breakfast was a joke. My boyfriend is a picky eater and there was nothing for him to eat. But over all we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and spacious the hotel was. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a great trip, and this motel was very nice. We had the 2 bedroom suite, room 159, and we loved it. Full kitchen, two seperate bedrooms, plenty of living room space for our family of 5. It was very clean, no bugs or mold, and the staff was attentive and cordial. The only reason we didn't rate it 5 stars was it had the lamest continental breakfast we've ever seen! Mini muffins, bagels, juice and coffee, that's it! Otherwise it was great, and we will be back. The rates were awesome too, right at $200 for 3 nights. We recommend this motel!
