Booked throught the Day's Inn website, when we arrived we were told that we had booked the previous night which we were charged for. I was informed the manager could help me but she would not be there till later so we checked in to a room. It was disgusting, dirty bathroom, pubic hairs in the bed. When the manager arrived she told me I would be billed for both nights and she could not do anything about it. Also I could not do anything about it she then refused to give me the 1800 number for Day's Inn. When I found the number I called and they said it was the hotels descion to charge, and they could change it so I returned to the front desk the manager still denied she could do anything so we told her fine we are not ganna stay tonight then either. Had to dispute charges with visa. Would rather sleep in my car at least it's clean.

I booked the hotel online after viewing the rooms on the internet. This particular weekend was my wedding weekend. What a suprise I got. When I opened the door the smell was terrible, the bathroom was tiny, the carpet was filthy, the bed had burn holes from cigarettes, and the chairs were stained really bad. There was no screens on the window, the air conditioner did not work and there was trash all around the hotel. Needless to say, I stayed the first night because it was too late to find another room. I did check out the next morning after addressing the problems we had encountered and was told we could get our money back for the night we were not staying. It is now 3 weeks later and after disputing a credit card charge i still cannot get my money back. This is without a doubt the filthiest place I have ever stayed at. I would recommend it to no one.

Nastiest place I have ever stayed! I immediately knew there was a problem when the internet they had claimed didn't even exist.

THEN, I had no telephone either! I called attention to the manager who stated that she wold get a repairman to fix. (I was staying with 3 small children and my elderly, disabled mother....which I told the manager!). 2 hours later, I went to the front desk and the manager stated that she would get him there ASAP "because he's not doing what I told him!" We had ZERO phone service the entire stay!

The ice machines were completely unplugged and pulled out of there spots.

I walked across the room with white socks on and they were BLACK!! When I raised the bedding, the carpet underneath was an entirely different color!

The comment cards in the room were already filled out by previous guests and the coffee maker had dried coffee that would flick off with your fingernail!

I brought all of this to the attention of management and they did NOTHING! I even sent a letter to district and NOTHING was done. Not even an apology.

This place is pure trash and why I am staying at Hampton Inn for my New Year's visit!

We booked this room online for a very good price. It was a basic, standard, clean room next to the pool (the lower one that you can't see from the parking lot). It had a surprisingly nice view. I like the location on the far end of town, just steps from the edge of the park. My mother liked taking her time to walk down the hill shopping and then riding the trolley back to the hotel.

Check-in was fast and courteous. The continental breakfast was... a contintental breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed a couple more pillows.

I may be a little more forgiving than some, but I don't feel that alot of the bad posts on here would have been justified during the four days we stayed at this hotel.
