Like many others, i feel that this is the dream motel to stay in. It is reasonably priced, unlike the many other motels who raised their prices skyhigh on weekends and holiday seasons. The rooms are well maintained, i mean, what more can you ask for with a nice cosy bed, heater/air-con, tv and a toilet in a budget motel! The owner Nick is really warm and nice! It was a pleasure to have spoken to him and his warm smile will really make your day, especially in the morning when you go over to reception to have breakfast. It was a really personal experience!

This Inn is just off the main strip in Gatlinburg. Yes, it is old, but it is very clean and inexpensive. The personnel at the front desk are friendly and polite. I normally visit Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge twice annually and I stay at this Inn every time.

Yes I can see how some would not like this motel, but for us it was perfect. Although it was a older motel it was kept clean. The owners are wonderful people. It is very Mom and Pop, and right at home atmosphere. The pool was clean and was always open unlike some that close at 9. The owners were very helpful in leading us to good activitys. A long as these owners have this motel we will continue to go back.

We chose this motel, quite frankly, because of the low rates. Well, as with anything else, you get what you pay for! From the moment I walked in the 'lobby', I knew this was a bad idea. It smelled awful! There was a child in a playpen crying incessantly with spit-up all over her. When we got to our room, it was just as bad. It reeked of mold and mildew, which came from the bathroom. The walls were covered with 3 different types of carpet, yes, you read correctly, CARPET! The bedding was old and nasty and stained. I didn't even want to walk on the floor without shoes! We checked out after only one night and found a much better room elsewhere. This was, by far, the worst motel experience EVER!
