“The Worst Experience EVER!”

This was the filthiest room I have ever stayed in. They advertised coffee makers in the rooms in a publication that we picked up and they didn't have them (false advertising). The sheets were dirty (obviously not changed from the previous guest) and there were no pillow cases on the pillows which we found rather disturbing. I would never stay at this hotel again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else...sleeping in my car would have been better than this hotel.

The hotel was OK. It is the last hotel in Gatlinburg going toward Pigeon Forge.

The room was not dirty, but the fixtures were a little outdated (They were 1960's green).

The pool is small, but worked for the kids.

It was easy to get out toward Pigeon Forge without waiting through the Gatlinburg traffic.

I would rather campout than stay at this hotel again. The floors had not been vacuumed before we arrived and the beds had dirty sheets. The rooms are cheap for a reason. The don't clean the rooms from one client to the next.

We stayed in this hotel our first night because it was cheap and we were tired. This was to worst motel I have ever stayed in. There was dirt all over the old carpet not to mention dead bugs of some sort in almost every corner of the room. The bathroom was disgusting. We have 3 small children and I was mortified at this hotel. I do not reccomend it to anyone.
