This hotel is ideally located and looks nice, but unfortunately is poorly staffed. During my entire stay there was never more than one person working the counter or valet -- despite it being a fairly busy hotel. This meant that when the one staff member left momentarily or became occupied with a problem, everyone else was just stuck waiting endlessly.
Upon arriving at the hotel it took me over 45 minutes of waiting in a line just to reach the counter. Once there it took another 15-20 to check me in. It was unbelievable.
While I waited in line a friend of mine talked with a woman waiting by valet. She told him that she had also stood in line an hour in order to check-out and had by then been waiting another half-hour to get her car from valet. She was afraid she would miss her flight.
Terrible service aside, the hotel is nice though; beautiful lobby, nice rooms, and a good location. It could be a great hotel if it would just hire some more staff.
