I was in the same group as Abby R, although not at the same table. We didn't have the same level of drama but I wouldn't recommend the restaurant either.
The place looked great but when we walked in the staff stared at us as if the Martians had landed, none of them saying as much as hello (we all look quite normal ... not a green face or a tentacle between us).
We were then left for an uncomfortably long time before being offered drinks even though there were few other customers. We also had to deal with the scary manageress - although she wasn't outright rude to us, she was hardly hospitable.
We were on a 27 euro all-you-can-eat, hot stone, cook-it-yourself deal. No starters or pudding included and you have to pay 7 euros a head on top for a piste-basher ride up and back.
While the quality of the meat was good enough as was the house wine, the staff weren't exactly in a rush to keep our supplies topped up - and I don't think we were being greedy. The (cheaper) chips kept coming though. It felt like customer care came a lot further down the restaurant's priorities than making a buck.
