This place is ridiculous!!! $89.99 for a hotel that smells, is old as dirt, and whose customer service is very rude! This hotel is NOT at the Airport as was reported, and I was given a room that had BEDBUGS all throughout my room! I complained to the lady (who did the best she could) at the front desk and asked to speak to management, but they were very rude and told me that there was nothing they could do but change my room! Nice job, after all the bites!

I switched room within 5 minutes of walking in due to continuous running toilet. There's no key to the safe in the second room and I requested one immediately, and again the following day. Nothing ever came during my 5 days there. Reason: maintenance team wasn't available. Crackers and gums on carpet. There was 1 afternoon when we returned after being gone for the morning and found no linens, no towels in the room (door was locked and no cleaning crew in sight). My friend got locked out of her room one nite because her key failed to work and the hotel couldn't get it opened either. She and her husband got another room for the nite (no pyjamas, no toiletries). At least 3 parties complained about their bills while I waited in line to complain.

Printer/copier in business center didn't work. Food was bad.

Don't stay there!

We were scheduled to be at the hotel for 4 nights but we left after the first horrible evening. If it were not so late when we checked in we would have not stayed one night. Our view was of a parking lot of 18 wheeler trucks that woke us up at 6:30am with their diesel engines. The rooms and hotel smelled badly. The halls were dark and scary. They do not have elevators. No locks on the bathroom doors. The carpets are dirty. We had to park on the far side of the hotel go up several flights of stairs and down many long hallways because there was not adequate parking. I can go on but I think you get the idea. Pay more, drive past, keep going, and don’t stop.

I booked 2 roooms for 5 nights through Hotel.com at total cost (including taxes) of $44/room. Both rooms were large, clean. quiet and well equipped (with fridge and microwave, iron, etc. Ask for inside first floor rooms near entrances and you should be fine. Front desk staff very helpful, even printed out MapQuest directions for us. Only inconvenience was that the much maligned hotel resturant was often closed and except for a mediocre coffee shop a mile away there are no restaurants nearby (or even grocery stores). We eventually stocked up at Costco and ate breakfast and dinner in room and lunch outside. This worked fine and saved a bunch of money.
