I booked this hotel for our stay in August 2008 - 2 adults and 2 children. After putting in our parameters, including the size of our family, the available room that came back was a 2-queen bed room. When I finalized the booking online, an extra line item indicated I was being charged an extra $5 for the second adult. What? I called the 1-800 number and was told there was nothing they could do, this property is individually owned and operated and they could not reverse the charge. I have canceled my reservation and will seek another hotel that does not charge for the second adult.
