I used this hotel as a place to crash after arriving on a late-night flight. The room was very clean and smoke-free, although it was very hot when I arrived (of course, since it was -4F outside, this wasn't a big deal since it cooled off quickly). The wireless internet access was very slow, but sufficient for light work. They also had ethernet access, but I didn't have a cable to see if it would be any faster. Decent selection on the pay-per-view. The only bad part of the stay was that one family was letting their kids roam the halls fooling around, and they pulled the fire alarm at 11pm. You don't want to be waiting outside for the alarm to be turned off when it is that cold! I wouldn't want to pay the full high-season rate for this hotel, but it was a good value for the off-season price.

Very nice stay with helpful staff.

Positives: Microwave and mini fridge in room, comfortable beds, nearby services and fast food, clean, bathrooms quite functional, a typical hotel of this kind, well stocked breakfast with cinnimon rolls and biscuits & gravy.

Negatives: None really. Breakfast could have been served earlier for those heading to Denali and Fairbanks. Price a bit high but so is everything in Alaska. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and we had a good night's sleep.

Hotel staff was friendly. Room was ok, nothing fancy. Room was very hot upon arrival, took a while to cool it off. Shower was great, good pressure and nice shower head. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Location was close to airport, great for us as we were tired and arrived late in the day. Free parking. Nice free breakfast. The cinnamon rolls are AWESOME!
