We booked two rooms for our family and both were dirty - non-vacuumed floors, dirty floors in the bathrooms, smoke odor in a non-smoking room (with cigarette burns on tub), fitted sheets too small for the beds (they came off in the night), dirty walls. Toilets, tubs, lamps in disrepair. Both tubs had mold/mildew stains and had been caulked over in a sloppy manner. Dirty and stained ceiling tiles and walls.

Our first room smelled of smoke and mold and had never been vacuumed.. The bed dipped in the center. We were moved to a better smelling room. The mattresses were awful. Paint was peeling. Woodwork was dirty. We found an earring in the middle of the floor. All the windows and mirrors were streaked and dirty. Carpet badly worn and ripped or balding in spots throughout the hotel. The pool was nice and the complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant and helped when the computers took our keys out of the system after only one night. On arrival the desk clerk stated that the room was smoke free for as much as they could control. They couldn't control who smoked in a room or not. Not something you want to hear when you have allergies. Would not recommend or ever stay there again. I wished I had believed the reviews I read.

This hotel was horrible!!! The room was very dirty and it was hard for me to get some rest. The windows had fingerprints all over them, the microwave had splattered food all over it, under the armoir were a bunch of toy cars, the tv had smudge marks on it, the sheets had stains on them, there were cigerette burns in the carpet, there were stains on the mattress like from someone throwing up, it looked like a motel not a hotel. The price was way too high for what the room looked like. The hotel didn't even look busy, so I don't understand how difficult it is too keep it clean!!!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I liked it. The people at the desk were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the facility was quiet, the bathroom was clean. The refrigerator/freezer and microwave were welcome amenities I didn't expect for the price. I would recommend this for a moderately priced stay.
