Stunningly decorated home. A real jewel in the Fan District of Richmond. Five star breakfasts. The owners were delightful and went well above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay most enjoyable. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Richmond.

“Charming, classy, and comfortable”

My daughter and I stayed at the Grace Manor Inn when she was registering for university this year. Everything from the chocolate chip cookies to the comfort of the beds to the historical features, made the experience memorable. Albert and Dawn are consummate hosts and will make any accommodation to your needs. I plan to stay there whenever I'm visiting my daughter at school or otherwise find myself in Richmond.

“The Gracious Grace”

We have not often frequented B&Bs and would rate our stay at The Grace Manor Inn with our lodgings at 5 Star properties. The Innkeepers, Albert and Dawn are warm, hospitable and extremely helpful. My husband and I agreed that the best way to describe our stay was, "thoughtful". The attention to detail from the Victorian architechture and decorating details to the welcoming bottle of wine and cheese and the book in each room suggesting restaurants in the area including sample menus and directions made our first weekend at The Grace into what we hope will be the first of many.

What a pleasure! The inn was gorgeous, the proprietors friendly and helpful, fully knowledgeable about the Richmond area. Breakfast was fantastic - Dawn's a talented cook.

“Simply perfect”

We couldn't believe our luck when we found Grace Manor - B&Bs are almost unheard of in Richmond, Virginia! We have travelled around the USA for the last 20 years and have stayed in many B&Bs. Grace Manor was up there with the best.
The property is magnificent - full of antique furniture yet so comfortable. All rooms are open to guests and provide a flavour of yesteryear.
Breakfasts were truly spectacular. We're not used to 3 course gourmet breakfasts - but after sampling Dawn's cooking we really think we could get used to them!
We also appreciated the company of the three Yorkshire Terriers - they certainly enjoy the fuss that guests can make of them.
Albert and Dawn could not have been more helpful - and suggestions for restaurants were just fabulous.Many thanks.
We would thoroughly recommend this B&B to anyone staying in the Richmond area - we certainly hope to return.
