Stunningly decorated home. A real jewel in the Fan District of Richmond. Five star breakfasts. The owners were delightful and went well above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay most enjoyable. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Richmond.

My daughter and I stayed at the Grace Manor Inn when she was registering for university this year. Everything from the chocolate chip cookies to the comfort of the beds to the historical features, made the experience memorable. Albert and Dawn are consummate hosts and will make any accommodation to your needs. I plan to stay there whenever I'm visiting my daughter at school or otherwise find myself in Richmond.

We have not often frequented B&Bs and would rate our stay at The Grace Manor Inn with our lodgings at 5 Star properties. The Innkeepers, Albert and Dawn are warm, hospitable and extremely helpful. My husband and I agreed that the best way to describe our stay was, "thoughtful". The attention to detail from the Victorian architechture and decorating details to the welcoming bottle of wine and cheese and the book in each room suggesting restaurants in the area including sample menus and directions made our first weekend at The Grace into what we hope will be the first of many.

What a pleasure! The inn was gorgeous, the proprietors friendly and helpful, fully knowledgeable about the Richmond area. Breakfast was fantastic - Dawn's a talented cook.
