What a great stay. Gorgeous place, delicious food, innkeepers who hit the perfect balance between friendly/helpful and mindful of visitors' privacy. Of course the Yorkies and their doggie kisses are a huge part of the fun. Try the carriage house, we stayed there and it's like having your own apartment. Can't recommend this highly enough, can't wait to send friends here. This is what B&B's are all about!

would we like when we arrived to a restaurant referral book
complete with memos and a star system!
* Great guidance on what to see in the Richmond area.
* Gourmet breakfasts ... the like of which I have rarely seen!!
* An amazingly well preserved house full of antiques.
* Fabulous rooms with your own, private sitting room attached to it.
* A solicitous host and hostess who went out of their way to test your comfort with the services provided.
* A trio of watchdogs who were a riot to see in action!!

My wife wants to fly down and stay for a week!!

My husband and I got married in Richmond and called Grace Manor our home for the week leading up to and a few restful days after our wedding. It was amazing. The Inn itself is meticulously restored and Albert & Dawn's attention to detail in the interior is stunning. The place is evokes the beautiful history of the Fan Neighborhood in the best possible way.

Dawn cooks what can only be described as a sublime breakfast. And Albert was such a great host! During our stay they went above and beyond to help give us a place to plan final details for the wedding and to relax in the days after. We are regular B&B visitors and this goes down as the best. They made our wedding that much more magical and we plan to return every year on our anniversary.

Stunningly decorated home. A real jewel in the Fan District of Richmond. Five star breakfasts. The owners were delightful and went well above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay most enjoyable. Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Richmond.
