This motel was terrible. The toilet wasn't bolted to the floor. The AC/Heating Units have minds of their own. Set it to heat - and it will automatically switch to AC - apparently whenever it feels like it.
Complain to the desk clerk and she's extremely rude. When I suggested that I didn't see how they could do very well if people can't keep their rooms heated or air conditioned to their liking, she informed me they were doing very well and it wouldn't matter to them if I ever came back!!
I had to switch rooms in the middle of my stay because the heating kept switching to AC and it was already fairly chilly in Atlanta.
ALSO, this motel is NOWHERE NEAR BUCKHEAD! Don't be fooled by the name. It's in Sandy Springs on Roswell Road - OUTSIDE THE PERIMETER!
The sales manager, Pavan Kukreja, wrote me an extremely rude letter --- basically excoriating me for daring to complain!
The owner, Pete Patel is completely silent and seems to prefer to leave the dirty work to his rude employees.
A very terrible place to stay if you intend to be anywhere near Buckhead, or if it's summer or winter! Maybe in the spring when you don't need heat or AC it'd be okay. But the two rooms I stayed in both had self-setting Heating/AC units! And both units disagreed with me on what the room temperature should be.
